Do you need to commit to a certain number of sessions?

No. You do not need to commit to a certain number of sessions. Typically families book sessions with us through the end of the academic school year. However, you can cancel at any time with at least 24-hour notice.

Do you offer tutoring packages or discounts?

We offer a 5% discount on a prepaid 10-pack of tutoring sessions. Sibling discounts are not applicable to tutoring services.

How many students are in small group tutoring sessions?

We typically recommend between 2-4 students for small group tutoring. Larger groups can be accommodated on a case by case basis.

How large are your group classes?

The maximum number of students varies by class type and are listed on the individual class page.

How do your online classes operate?

Our online courses are taught by live instructors, and follow the same curriculum as the in person counterparts. Students are called on and actively participate throughout the class.

What happens if my student needs to miss a class?

Due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee make-up classes. However, students will typically have the opportunity to join an online class if space is available.
